Hi there, welcome to humble blog-abode. I'm Sharayia Copeland and I am a 5th Grade Math and Science teacher in Brooklyn, New York.  I am also a Guided Reading teacher and newly appointed Grade Level Chair for 2016-2017 school year. I created this blog to share tips and resources for teacher organization, classroom decoration, effective math, science & guided reading instruction, and school leadership development. As I embark on this journey of educational enthusiasm, my goal is to inspire others to do whatever it takes to be great teachers.
